Order Modification & Cancellation Policy

At Supler Store, we start processing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure fast production and delivery.
Because of this, we have limited time windows for order updates or cancellations.

• Order Modification:
  You may request to update shipping information (such as name, address, or contact details) within 12 hours of placing your order.
  After this period, your order will be forwarded for fulfillment, and we can no longer modify shipping details.

• Order Cancellation:
  You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase.
  After this period, your order may already have entered production or packaging, and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

All modification or cancellation requests must be submitted via email at [email protected] — please include your Order Number and details of your request.

Once your order has entered production or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.
In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for assistance after delivery.
