Welcome to Supler Store. Supler Store is operated by Supler Fashion & Commerce LLC, a U.S.-registered e-commerce company. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Supler Store and Supler Fashion & Commerce LLC, as applicable.

We operate this website and provide the related information, content, features, tools, products, customer support, and services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”). Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with the policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using the Services.

Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. Product images may include digital mockups, lifestyle images, or screen-based previews. Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly because of display settings, materials, printing methods, lighting, and normal manufacturing tolerances.

Product descriptions, specifications, availability, and prices may be updated from time to time. We may modify, limit, or discontinue products where reasonably necessary.

Some products are made to order, personalized, or produced through our manufacturing and fulfillment partners. Where applicable, product-specific processing times, customization requirements, and other important details will be shown on the relevant product page.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving payment issues, suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons.

An order is generally considered accepted after payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Our cancellation and modification windows are limited because many products enter production or fulfillment shortly after purchase.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase. Requests to correct shipping information should be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be available.

Purchases are intended for the purchaser’s lawful personal, gift, group, or other permitted use unless a separate wholesale, reseller, or commercial arrangement has been agreed with Supler Store.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, PAYMENTS, TAXES, AND BILLING

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, promotional offers, and shipping charges may change from time to time, but the amount charged for an accepted order will be based on the pricing shown at checkout at the time the order is placed.

Applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or similar government charges may apply depending on the destination and may not be included in the displayed product or shipping price unless expressly collected at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and to use a payment method that you are authorized to use. Payment availability may vary by country, currency, or checkout configuration.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Supler Store works with manufacturing and fulfillment partners in the United States and internationally. Our Registered business and mailing address is not necessarily the shipping origin for customer orders.

Depending on the product, personalization requirements, inventory availability, and destination, an order may be produced or shipped from different fulfillment locations, including facilities in China or the United States.

Most standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Certain personalized, made-to-order, handmade, or pre-order products may require additional production time, which will be disclosed where applicable.

Shipping carriers may include YunExpress, 4PX Express, USPS, local postal services, and regional final-mile delivery partners. Other carriers may be used when appropriate.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, incorrect or incomplete addresses, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, remote destinations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Eligibility depends on the product type, the reason for the request, the applicable reporting window, and the circumstances of the order.

Refund requests generally must be submitted within 21 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items should be reported within 7 days of delivery. Personalized products and products clearly identified as Final Sale may have additional restrictions, subject to the policy and applicable law.

Products purchased during a promotion, sale, or with a discount code are not automatically considered Final Sale unless they were clearly identified as Final Sale before purchase.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the content created for and owned by Supler Store or its licensors, including text, graphics, photographs, original artwork, videos, branding, and website content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or exploit protected content without the permission of the applicable rights holder.

“Supler Store” and our own branding are used in connection with our store. Third-party brand names, vehicle names, logos, or trademarks that may appear on the website remain the property of their respective owners. Unless expressly stated otherwise, reference to a third-party brand does not mean that Supler Store is affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by that rights holder.

SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to operate the online storefront. Sales of Supler Store products and customer-service obligations are between you and Supler Store, except to the extent a separate Shopify service applies directly to you.

SECTION 11 - PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Because our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party service providers, certain information may also be processed by those providers in accordance with their own policies.

If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will take reasonable steps to notify the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Supler Fashion & Commerce LLC, Supler Store, and their officers, employees, contractors, and service partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including rights available under mandatory consumer-protection laws.

SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supler Fashion & Commerce LLC, Supler Store, and their affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services or material violation of these Terms.

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing your use of the Services, subject to any additional terms expressly agreed in writing.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent where consent is legally required. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, restructuring, sale of business assets, or other lawful business transfer, subject to applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws in your place of residence provide you with additional rights.

Any dispute will be handled in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection and jurisdictional rules.
